The Village of Big Bend in Waukesha County (pop. 1,300) is seeking a part-time Deputy Clerk/Deputy Treasurer. The Deputy Clerk/Deputy Treasurer will assist the Clerk/Treasurer with the daily operations of the Village. Duties include and are not limited to elections, preparation of agendas, alcohol licensing, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, tax collection. Experience with local government preferred but not required. Candidates that are certified municipal clerks (WCMC) or have experience with Workhorse Software are encouraged to apply.

This position is part-time with 15 to 20 hours a week on average. Pay range is $17.50 to $20.00 per an hour based on qualifications. The full job description and application are posted below or are available at Village Hall during normal business hours.
