dobusinessThe Village of Big Bend is an opportune place to grow your business, industry and family. Big Bend offers quality infrastructure, diverse housing, room to grow and a forward-thinking government. The Village’s Tax Incremental Financing District provides development opportunities in a prime location along I-43 and Highway 164 in Waukesha County.

The Village of Big Bend is a fast growing community. Many new subdivisions are being constructed, enhancing the demographic of the Village and paving the way for new commercial construction. Tax Incremental District #1 (TID #1) was created for large commercial companies as well as a future Industrial Park and some residential properties.
